1. Take in carbs and limit highly processed ones

4. Whole milk

Take in whole milk or dairy foods such as yogurt and high-fat dairy. A professor of the nutrition and the epidemiology at the Harvard School of Public Health, said that the more full-fat dairy products one consumes, the less he gets trouble with his fertility. Hence, the consumption of the whole milk helps to boost your fertility.
