How to Make Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
  • 10g butter,
  • 1/4 cup (25g) grated cheddar
  • 4 slices of bread

How to prepare:

With the aid of a fork, mix together egg and milk and then season it with salt and pepper. On medium low heat, melt the butter in a frying pan, and when it starts to foam, pour the eggs into the mix. With the aid of a wooden spoon, stir until the egg is set. Remove this from the heat and add the cheese and stir it well.
