1. Warm up (2 minutes)
Start your work-out with warm up exercises. You can choose from jogging in place, jumping jacks, or skipping. Do any of these warm up exercises for at least two minutes!
2. Squats (2 minutes)
Do at least two sets of ten squat reps! Squats help to lose weight from all over the body, as well as helping in toning the thighs, hips, and the lower abdomen.
3. Side Lunges (2 minutes)
Do two sets of ten side lunges to target the sides of your thighs, as well as your inner thighs.
4. Mountain Climbers (2 minutes)
Do two sets of fifteen mountain climbers per leg. Mountain climbers are a full body work-out as they target all the muscles of the body!
5. Push Ups (2 minute)
Do two sets of ten push ups to strengthen your core and to tone the muscles of the arms and the chest.
6. Bicycle Crunches (1 minute)
Do two sets of ten bicycle crunches to target your abs and to strengthen your core! Take a one-minute rest to calm down your body, or take a break to have water!
7. Dead lifts (1 minute)
Do at least five dead lifts to strengthen the muscles of your back and your hips, and to get that doze of extra strength!
8. Planks (2 minutes)
Do at least four reps of planks, each lasting for at least thirty seconds! Planks help to strengthen the core, the chest muscles, and the muscle of the arms!
9. Sit Ups (1 minute)
Do two sets of ten set ups that will target your hips and your lower abdomen.
10. Squats (2 minutes)
Do two sets of ten squats yet again!
11. Cardio Exercise (2 minutes)
End your work-out by doing any cardio exercise, either running, jogging, skipping etc., for at least two minutes!
