Must be surprising right? How can a fatty food be nutritious, and how can nutritionist be recommending that you eat more of them? Well, there is no need to scared of  fats. They serve very important functions in the body, and they help to make you stay full. Some are even good for your heart, and these foods include some of your favorite.

There is no problem eating fat, just make sure it is the right type you are eating. The following are three foods that contain just such good fats.

1. Grass-fed butter

Again, this might come as a surprise to you, seeing butter on a healthy food list. But butter is actually healthier than most people think, especially those that are gotten from grass-fed cows.
