3 Things That Tell You That You Are Unhealthy

When you get diagnosed with serious health conditions like bacterial infection, cancer, hypertension and so on, it will be so clear to you that you are unhealthy. Or perhaps you are curled up beneath your blanket, all feverish with a high temperature, then you can tell that you are unhealthy. But what many people fail to realize is that, the body actually give warning signals before the “big unhealthy bang” hits them. If you can consciously make health decisions and keep by them daily, you just might not find yourself in the clearly announced unhealthy-status. Being unhealthy mean a lot of things, someone who is overweight may be considered unhealthy, likewise someone who is underweight, so the term “unhealthy” is actually relative. You should be able to listen to the little warning signs your body gives you, to help to know about your health status. Below are some things to look out for.

1. You sleep poorly

If you notice you are beginning to have sleep issues, then it is a sign that some parts of your life need adjustment. Insomnia can be due to an increase in cortisol levels, resulting from too many fight-or-flight stress body responses. It could be due to stress or eating the wrong foods, or even ingesting too much coffee during the day. A little adjustments in these things may be all you just need, to avoid getting sick.

2. You are overweight

You really shouldn’t wait till you are diagnosed with a heart condition or diabetes or even cancer before figuring out, what to do with your weight. Being overweight automatically poses you at a risk for different health conditions, that may reduce your life-span. You can engage in some physical activities, eat foods rich in fiber and protein and ignore those calorie filling foods.

3. Your urine is dark yellow

When you look back at your urine in the toilet and see a dark-yellow colored urine, it is an indication, that you are not drinking as much water as you should. Getting hydrated is one major thing to help to improve, how your body system functions to benefit your health. If you find drinking water boring, you can go for infused water, add fruits like lemon or grape to make it an interesting drink for you. It is generally recommended to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily, for a better health performance.When you see these warning signs, don’t just ignore and move on with life like nothing ever happened. Act on them and save yourself from fatal diseases.
