4. Pomegranate Juice
Pomegranate juice packs a giant punch when it comes to drinks good for your skin. Fibroblasts in the skin, the site where collagen is made, are protected by an incredible amount of polyphenols and antioxidants that are contained in pomegranates. They contain twice as much antioxidants and polyphenols than green tea does, and thus, the skin’s condition is improved a lot. And because the fibroblasts are protected and boosted, more collagen is formed, which massively reduces the chances of wrinkles forming.
