Cellulite can be an embarrassing problem. It may lead to the diminishing of confidence level in many individuals. The good news is, that there are a number of ways to get rid of cellulite; one such way is to use body wraps. Body wraps are extremely beneficial for the cure of cellulite. You might be thinking that body wraps are expensive and difficult to purchase. To make matters easy for you, I will be talking about five anti-cellulite body wraps that you can do at home!
Exfoliate!
Before you decide to use any of the below mentioned anti-cellulite body wraps, remember to thoroughly exfoliate your body, especially the areas where you will be applying the body wrap!
1. Coffee body wrap
All you need for the coffee body wrap is: coconut oil, coffee grains, and any of your favorite essential oil. Make the mixture and apply it on cellulite prone areas. Once you have applied it, wrap your body with plastic, or wear tight clothes to keep the mixture in its place. Unwrap yourself after at least one hour, to see the awesome results!
2. Mustard and honey wrap
Your mustard and honey wrap is made up by adding a mustard into hot water that contains honey as well. Apply the mixture on to your body for at least thirty minutes!
3. Oil body wraps
Oils are great for body! For this body wrap, you will need various oils including, jojoba oil, almond oil, olive oil, sprout oil, and hazelnut oil. Mix these oils with any of your favorite essential oil, and a few drops of lemon, and apply it on the problem areas. Cover that areas with a plastic wrap for at least an hour!
4. Green tea body wrap
Who said that green tea is also beneficial as a drink? Green tea makes an extremely effective body wrap as well, that targets cellulite efficiently. All you need is some cinnamon, honey, and at least four to five tablespoon of green tea in the powder form. Mix these ingredients in hot water to great the paste, and apply the paste on the body for at least half an hour!
5. Shea butter wrap
Apply Shea butter on your body and wrap it up! Keep it applied for one to two hours at least!
Remember, that whatever you are using for a wrap, make sure that it is not too tight. A very tight wrap can disturb blood circulation. Furthermore, remember to thoroughly moisturize your body once you remove the wraps, so that your skin is left feeling soft and fresh.
