5 Butt Exercises Better Than Squats

1. Step Ups

4. Hydrants with Leg Extension

Get on the floor with all your fours and bend your knees. Gradually left one knee towards the ceiling, and extend it straight. Do 2 sets of at least ten reps of these!

5. Single Leg Glute Bridge

The intense bridge, with only one leg lifting up, is a great exercise that will ensure perfect results.
