  1. Lay down on bed
  2. Put your hands on your hips
  3. Lift your legs and torso to 90 degrees
  4. Now rotate your legs in the air as if you are riding a bicycle
  5. Try bicycling for at least 2 minutes

Move 2. Tip Toe Stretches:

The steps to perform this exercise are as follows:

  1. Stand up straight with barefooted on the floor
  2. Raise your arms upwards
  3. Trying raising your arms as much as your can
  4. Now hold your hands in that position
  5. Now try rising on your toes
  6. Stretch it as much as possible
  7. Hold for 2 seconds, when you are on your toes and arm stretched to the highest.
  8. Now gradually lower your toes and lower arms, bringing back to the normal standing position
  9. Repeat this for at least 15-20 times
