They consist of fiber and vitamin C, which gives you the advantage of low probability to have stroke. Any type of berries such as blueberries, blackberries and the likes including other fruits and vegetables, can be taken since they have nutrients and fiber.

4. Fat-free or low-fat milk or yogurt
