1. Cheese Straws

At the top of our list is cheese straws. You may be wondering why this is so. The answer is simple, recent studies have pointed out that the cheese straws are significantly high in saturated fat, which is completely bad for your arteries and taste buds. 2. Advent Chocolates

I know this might be extremely hard to lay off, but just wait till I explain to you all the damage it can cause to your system. Have you ever heard the phrase “As irritable as chocolate” and wondered what it really means, that’s because a bar of chocolate alone can highly increase your craving for more and more of it. A large portion of the advent chocolate is made up of sweets, which contain sugar that can increase your blood sugar level and create a doorway for a potential diabetes and other health complications.

3. Fruitcake

It has been said that this is the most deceptive of all the names given to foods, it is a complete deviation from its name. Those who have tasted it have been reported lamenting that “there is essentially no cake here, just candid fruit and nut-like cracks in a brick of flour”. So if you don’t want to ruin your Christmas this year, just look for something else to eat.

Concentrated fruit juices aren’t any better, they have been reported to cause significant damage to your waistline.
