You Can Make These Detoxification Drinks Yourself

Detoxification drinks help to reduce inflammation, improves the mood, flushes toxins from the system, keeps food moving through the system, fills you up and reduces cravings, and promotes healthy skin. You don’t necessarily have to see a doctor before you can detoxify your body, as there are detox waters you can easily make. Below are some of them.

1. Fruit detox water

This water contains strawberries and kiwis. All you need are 2litres of water, some strawberries, and some kiwis. Start by chopping your strawberries and kiwis, then add the product to your water and keep in the refrigerator for some hours. The vitamin A and E in kiwi helps to get rid of free radicals in the body and also flushes toxins from the colon. The strawberries keep the skin smooth and fresh, as it contains anti-aging properties and also fights carcinogens.

2. New year detox water

You don’t necessarily have to wait for the new year before taking this. It is more like introducing something new and healthy into your system. A few raspberries, sliced grapefruit, cucumbers, pears, a sprig of fresh mint, and a gallon pitcher of spring water are all that you need. Add all the ingredients into the pitcher and let it stay still for some hours. This works effectively in boosting metabolism, burning fat, and flushing out toxins.

3. Fat burning detox water

As its name implies, fat burning detox water helps you to drop a few pounds as it flushes out harmful toxins. You need 12ounces of filtered water, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and half a medium sliced apple. Pour your ingredients into a blender, except the apples, and blend for few seconds. Pour into a bowl, add your apples, and drink.

4. Aloe water

Many of us are familiar with the aloe plant and its amazing benefits to the human health. Aloe helps to improve circulation and digestion, and also increases energy while getting rid of fatigue. All you need to do is split the leaf and take out the gel. Blend 2 tablespoons of aloe gel with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a cup water for about a minute and there you have your aloe water.
