Exercises That Can Make You Sweat

When you are doing your workout and you’re not sweating, then there is something wrong somewhere and you if you don’t like sweating then you are missing out on the incredible benefits of sweating. Sweating helps to boost endorphins which can help to boost your mood, it also lowers the risk of kidney stone, prevents cold and many other health issues. If you are looking for an intensive exercise to help you sweat, than this article is for you. Below are some exercises you can do.

1. High knees running

It’s a full body exercise that helps you with a healthy heart. Stand straight and put your feet close to each other, then run as you lift your knees as high as you can. Surely, this will help you sweat and burn down calories at a different rate.

2. Body weight jump squat

This is also a full body workout. You stand with your feet  at hip width-apart as you place your hands on your head, then bend your knees a little bit, as you lower your hips and get ready to jump, jump as high as possible, then land in a squat position. You can do this for 1 minute.

3. Mountain climbers

This exercise targets your core as it is also a full body exercise and helps you sweat fast. Your arms should be in a straight plank position and then tighten your core and bring one of your knee up to your chest then quickly take it back and bring the other leg, as if you were running on the floor but in a plank position.

4. Double leg stretch

This help you burn fat in belly and calories, which will help you lose weight or maintain it. You lay flat on the floor as you lift your knee up to your chest, making your chin and abs come into contact then  lift your head upwards. It will now be left with just your butt on the floor, forming a V shape, stretch your hands straight to a 45 degrees angle and put your arms above your head, hold on for 10 breathes, then place your leg and arms back to the starting point. Repeat this for about 20 times and you will sweat.
