Fish Taco Bowls With Three Salsas

1. Ingredients for fish taco

4. Method for shaping the tortillas

Wrap your tortillas in foil and place in oven tray, pre heat your oven to 180 degrees, then put the tortillas in the oven for just 10 minutes to warm them up, after warming the tortillas remove from foil and spray with oil, then put them in the holes of a down muffin tray, then slightly press them down. Put them back in the oven for another 10 minutes, it should be golden brown after the 10 minutes then allow to cool.

5. Method for frying the fish

Coat the fish with flour, then in a saucepan heat your butter and put in your fish, cook in medium high heat. Cook each side for 2 minutes, put the fried fish in the tortilla cups and serve with the mango and tomato salsa.
