Fish Taco Bowls With Three Salsas

The fish taco bowls is a protein dish that, will help you to build up the worn out tissues in your body. Its major ingredient is fish which is necessary in the body for crucial brain and body function, because of its high content of Omega 3 fatty acids.

It contains avocado which is very rich in vitamin K, folate, potassium, vitamin B5, B6 and E, the potassium content of avocado is higher than, that of banana and this helps to reduce the risk of heart attack, kidney failures and stroke.

It also has a high level of heart healthy mono saturated fatty acid and fiber. The tacos contains tomatoes, which is an abundant source of antioxidants which helps to sort out free radicals that, causes cancer and is a rich source of vitamins and minerals. 1. Ingredients for fish taco

Flour tortillas, flour for dusting, butter for frying, 1/2 finely  hopped iceberg lettuce, 600 grams of white, fish fillets and canola oil spray.

2. Ingredients for mango salsa

1 ripe mango, 1 finely sliced juice of lime and finely chopped mint leave.

3. Ingredients for the guacamole

2 ripe avocado, 1/2 finely diced deseeded with pith removed red chili and 1/2 cup of diced coriander leaves.

4. Method for shaping the tortillas

Wrap your tortillas in foil and place in oven tray, pre heat your oven to 180 degrees, then put the tortillas in the oven for just 10 minutes to warm them up, after warming the tortillas remove from foil and spray with oil, then put them in the holes of a down muffin tray, then slightly press them down. Put them back in the oven for another 10 minutes, it should be golden brown after the 10 minutes then allow to cool.

5. Method for frying the fish

Coat the fish with flour, then in a saucepan heat your butter and put in your fish, cook in medium high heat. Cook each side for 2 minutes, put the fried fish in the tortilla cups and serve with the mango and tomato salsa.
