3 weeks means you are ready to do all it takes to lose this weight and get ready for summer. Here are these few simple guidelines to follow and you are on your way to getting your dream body in 3 weeks.
1. Always eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with snacks
Do not skip meal times, have snacks in between meal times to keep you full during the day. Eat in baby portions, not at a go, this is to keep you full round the clock.
2. Eat fruits and vegetables daily
Eat fruits and vegetables as much as you can, these are your best friends. You should at least eat five to seven servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
3. Eat a little protein at every meal
Make protein a part of your meal, they should occupy a major portion of your food plate.
4. Use virgin coconut oil
Instead of using the normal cooking oil, aim for extra virgin olive oil for your meals. You are aiming for healthy living, anything that has an addition like fat should be avoided like the plague.
5. Sip six to eight large glasses of water
Drink as much water as you can, carry a bottle of water with you wherever you go. Water helps to induce weight loss. Also drink a lot of green tea and natural made fresh juices.
6. Don’t eat refined carbohydrates
Eat healthy carbohydrates, not refined ones. You can prepare them on your own. If you can’t, you can research some healthy carbs and how to incorporate them at the right time to your diet.
7. Plan your meals
Work with a nutritionist to help you, plan your meals daily for the next 3 weeks, every single detail, whatever that has not being included in that menu for that day should not be eaten. You’ve got to discipline yourself to focus on that.
8. Plan your workouts
This is not the same regular workouts you’ve being doing with your friends. Have a gym instructor to help you, plan intensive workouts with your gym coach and stick to them daily. Work hard, if you want this body, then work for it.
