To make this scrub, you’ll need a quarter cup of granulated sugar and a half cup of coconut oil. Other optional ingredients include half a teaspoon of citrus essential oil and a full tablespoon of citrus fruit zest. Simply mix these ingredients and use. If you’ll be using this mixture for your face, however, you should omit the citrus components.
