Green tea is loaded with antioxidants and various substances that are good for your health. Green tea is known as the healthiest beverage on the planet and studies have proven that green tea can help you lose weight as well as raise your fat-burning process. The mechanism behind this great tea is that when you drink a cup of this amazing tea, you are also receiving a huge amount of beneficial substances with positive and effective biological effects.

Green tea can help you lose weight by reducing appetite. The risk of taking in more calories automatically reduces. Lastly, green tea can be taken anytime, but it is best taken in the morning for better effects.
