Stress is the feeling of human being under too much emotional or mental pressure. Pressure becomes stress when you feel that you can’t cope. Everyone has their own different ways of dealing with stress and experiences different stressors, or things that can trigger stress. The commonly known stressors include relationships, work and money. Stress can generally affect the way you think, feel and behave. It can also have a great effect on your body functions. The common signs of stress include worrisome thinking, anxiety and loss of appetite, difficulty in concentrating, sweating and sleeping problems among others. 1. Exercise

Just exercising for about 30-45 minutes, three times a week can make you feel much healthier and in control of your life. Recent research has shown that, exercise can reduce depression, relieve stress and generally improve cognitive function. Exercise can also release endorphins, that are chemicals that can trigger positive feelings. Here are some great exercise for you to do.

2. Get use to running

Running releases endorphins and can make your feel a lot greater after you do it. Try setting a goal for yourself, like running a 6k or 9k race. This will do well in keeping you motivated and make you feel more capable of meeting and tackling challenges.

3. Take a yoga class

Yoga is not just only good for you physically, but it will help you learn how to regulate your breath and your wandering mind. I bring your mind in active state.

4. Take up hiking
