Losing weight takes time and requires constant practice of a simple life hack method. There are many ways to lose weight very fast. However, keeping up with the process will make you hungry and if there is no commitment you may end up giving-up before starting.

You really do not need to starve to lose weight. It may affect the state and condition of your body and could eventually make you easily give-up losing weight.

1. Limit the intake of sugar

You should try to limit the intake of sugar and starch. They easily stimulate the secretion of insulin in the body. Insulin is the main fat storage hormone in the body. When insulin reduces fat comes out of the fat storage easily and the body start burning fats.

2. Take enough proteins

Take enough protein and low-carb vegetable as often as possible. A protein source can be added in your meal. Protein is considered the king nutrients, when it comes to losing weight. Protein sources are
– Fish and seafood; shrimps, trout, salmon, etc
– Meat – chicken, pork, lamb, beef, etc.
– Eggs – pastured eggs are best.

Low-Carb Vegetable are Lettuce, Celery, cabbage, broccoli, etc. Research shows that too much intake of protein can boost the metabolism by 80 to 90 calories per day. Also intake of protein can reduce frequent thoughts of food by 60%, and reduces one’s desire of regular late night snaking.

3. Other ways to effectively lose weight

Keep a daily exercise diary. You could decide to set a goal to keep-up with your daily exercises visit a gym.

If lifting weight is really not your thing, you could do daily workouts like running, jogging, swimming or walking a long distance, try to meet up with plans on your eating habit by preparing your meal ahead of time.

Drink lot of water half an hour before meal, it will help in weight lose, each time you feel you have eaten enough stop. Try as much as possible to limit intake of alcohol. Beer, wine and liquor and always take a long nap.
