When it comes to hair, you will find all sorts of advice, to oil or not to oil, to condition or not to condition. It’s normal to lose about 100-150 strands of hair a day, so don’t panic when you see small bunch crawling across your tiled floor.
1. Get regular trims

Even if you are trying to grow your hair long, you need to get it trimmed to remove split ends and keep your hair healthy. Cut about ¼ an inch of your hair. Comb hair when wet with extreme care, because they’re fragile and prone to breakage. Take a broad tooth comb and run it through the hair gently while holding the roots.
2. Deep Conditioning
Even though you condition your hair after every wash, nothing works the magic like deep conditioners. Every once in a while, wash your hair with shampoo, ensure the excess water is squeezed out and dried. Take a generous amount of deep conditioner and apply to the root of your hair. Use a wide tooth comb and run it through your hair to make sure the conditioner reaches everywhere. Leave it in hair as instructed in the product label.
3. Keep away the heat
