Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
- Salt & freshly ground pepper
- 10g butter,
- 1/4 cup (25g) grated cheddar
- 4 slices of bread
How to prepare:
With the aid of a fork, mix together egg and milk and then season it with salt and pepper. On medium low heat, melt the butter in a frying pan, and when it starts to foam, pour the eggs into the mix. With the aid of a wooden spoon, stir until the egg is set. Remove this from the heat and add the cheese and stir it well. You can use toast bread, pita or tortilla, with avocado as a base to add these on top and enjoy.
Another way to have a crunch cheesy version of this meal is to add tomatoes, carrots and some green pepper and curry to mix when whisking in the salt and pepper. Add more vegetables and fry. When it’s almost ready as you are stirring, add your cheese so it melts on the eggs and mix in some more vegetables, shredded cabbage, cubed carrots and mix it all together using your pita bread and nature’s own butter-avocado. If you’ve got some delicious spicy grilled chicken, you can also add it to the mix.
