How to Make Sweet Potato Brownies

Ingredients:

2 cups of baked sweet potatoes (with the skin already removed)
1/4 cup of agave
4 table spoons of cocoa powder
3 eggs
1/4 table spoon of vanilla
1/4 table spoon of pumpkin pie spice
3 tablespoon of coconut flour
pinch sea salt
1/4 table spoon of baking powder 2 table spoon of cinnamon
3 eggs chocolate chunks
1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
2 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/2 table spoon of fresh ground ginger

Method:

To start, you will be needing a blender. For your first round of blending, put the eggs, coconut oil, vanilla, agave and potatoes together and blend until smooth. For the second round of blending, add coconut flour, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon, ground ginger, pumpkin pie spice and cocoa to the first blended mixture, and blend again.

Then, add the chocolate and pour your mixture into a 20 x 20 cm dish, and heat the oven to 220 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes, by which time it should be ready, allow it to stay for 30 minutes, and then you can serve.
