- A handful of raspberries
- A handful of blueberries
- A cucumber
Pour fresh cool water in a cup or a jar depending on how much you want to drink, the bigger the cup, the more the ingredients.
Wash and add your raspberries and blueberries into the jar. Cut the cucumber in circular shapes and put in the water, then put on the lid and allow the juices from the fruits to mix in the water, for less than 30 minutes. Put it in the fridge to cool, if you like it to be cold. (This is totally optional, as you can drink up as soon as your mixture is ready).
Another method is to put the raspberries, blueberries and cucumber into a blender, add water and blend. Then put it into a cup or a jar and store it up.
