Many people have saggy arms which make your arms look bigger than they actually are. Most men prefer muscular arms whereas women prefer toned arms. Although, it is true that fat is evenly distributed throughout the body but, arms and stomach are sensitive parts of the body where most of the fat is accumulated. 1. Healthy diet

The most important and key point is a balanced diet which includes a healthy breakfast. Drink a lot of water and avoid sitiing in one place for a long time.

2. The plan

I have worked a 30 minutes exercise plan for you which will increase the fat burn around your arms. There will be two sets and in the last 15 minutes you will repeat the exercises done in the first 15 minutes. You have to do each of these 6 exercises given below for 2 minutes followed by a 1 minute rest after each exercise.

a. Weightlifting
