Start by standing with your feet and shoulder-width apart, arms at your sides, then go down slowly into a squat, when you are almost on a normal squat level, quickly jump straight up with your arms pointed up toward the ceiling or the sky and land. When you land, go right back into the standing position and repeat. Do 3 sets of 20 reps each.
