The master drink is a drink made up of lemon, maple syrup, and water. This mixture acts as a detox to flush out toxins from your system. It aids weight loss as well. It is also known as the lemonade diet cleanse. There is also the salt water drink, laxative tea, to drink alongside this mixture to help the body relax and get the nutrients it needs whilst removing toxins from the body. When doing the cleanse, it is a lemonade juice only without food and in some cases with no water. For a few days, 1 week or 2 weeks. The general rule is to do this for 10 days to see results.
How to do the master cleanse lemonade diet
This is a strict regimen that should be followed daily. It is important to mentally and physically prepare yourself for the cleanse before starting it as you might not be able to withstand just drinking juice for 10 days with no food or water. It is best to start eating less a few weeks before the cleanse, so you can get used to eating less food. Get the necessary containers to fill in the mixtures as that would be what you would be “eating” for 10 days.
In the mornings, you are expected to do a salt water flush followed by at least 6 tall glasses of master cleanse mixture. At night, a laxative herbal tea can also be taken. Water can be taken as you desire. This is only what you should take for 10 days.

Add 2 teaspoons of salt to a cup of lukewarm water and drink this as soon as you wake up, as this must be taken on an empty stomach. If elimination does not happen in an hour, increase your salt intake lightly. If it is so strong that you can’t even swallow, then add up some water to balance the taste.
With the master cleanse mixture, if your goal is detoxification and you are worried about losing weight, simply increase the amount of maple syrup. You should drink at least 6 glasses during the day.
If your goal is weight loss, you need to consume less maple syrup than the detoxifying amount. However, it is important to note that the maple syrup helps in sustaining energy levels that help to get through the cleansing period. Always end the day with a laxative tea. Peppermint tea can be an occasional affair.
Master Cleanse Lemonade Recipe for Detox
Ingredients needed: 2 Tablespoon organic lemon or lime juice, 2 Tablespoon organic Maple Valley Syrup, 1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 10 oz spring or purified water. Drink 6 to 12 glasses per day.
Water and Peppermint tea are the only other things to have while on the cleanse. Anytime you feel hungry, drink another cup of lemonade. It is better to make enough juice to store up in the fridge so there will be less stress in making a new batch every now and then. This is to help when you are at work or anywhere else. Do so with a group for extra motivation and fun.
