This fruit helps to prevent inflammation. You can alternate between cherries and other richly colored fruits like blueberries, pomegranates and blackberries.

2. Red peppers

Red peppers are packed with Vitamin C, which aids in the creation of collagen in your body. Collagen is the part of your cartilage, tendons and ligaments which cushions your joints and holds them together at the same time. Other fruits with Vitamin C are oranges, grapes, tomatoes, pineapples and others.
