5 Quick Workouts For Busy People

5 Quick Workout Ideas For Busy People 1It is almost impossible to work out if you are busy round the clock. Spending half your day at work with all the stress that comes with it, a couple of hours doing last minutes errands and probably sleeping for 8 or less hours, and the last thing you want to do is exercise.  Finding time to work out when you’re really super busy can sometimes feel impossible.

Here are 5 quick workouts that are designed to fit into your busy schedule without getting in the way of your free time. They can be performed at any place or time. Here we go:

1. Stretches on the Bed

This is what you do before getting up: stretch and stretch every muscle in your body to come alive. From the legs to the arms, the bending and twisting of the back and any other stretches you can do right on the bed.

2. Stretch on your Desk

The stretching doesn’t end on your bed, you can take it right up to the office. One can do the different stretching exercises using the desk, the chair etc, to keep fit.

3. Lunch Break Activity

This is a golden opportunity: head to the loo (if you’re too busy to head to the gym), and create your 30 minute workout with easy moves like push-ups, squats, triceps dips, single leg squats, etc, and any other workout that you can do in the snap of a finger. Take extra clothes and deodorant with you to freshen up afterwards.

4. Favorite T.V shows and breaking a sweat

Another way to keep fit is when watching your favorite T.V show and the commercial comes on, do a quick 5 to 7 minute routine. You could do 20 quick squats, 15 to 20 mountain climbers, 10 push-ups and 20 burpees.
