One of the best ways to promote weight loss is by incorporating protein into your meals. Protein helps to keep you full, strengthens the muscles, and also gives the body energy to break down calories.
In losing weight, the body tends to shed muscle mass along with fat, which may cause the muscles to degenerate gradually. By eating more protein, you can maintain and build your muscles, without having to worry about losing them along with body fat.
This doesn’t mean a daily dose of protein-rich meals will help you lose weight. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is what will help you and this includes a healthy diet and regular exercise. However, protein plays a large role in what you will define as a healthy diet. Some high-protein meals are given below what you can take for dinner.
1. Steak tagliata
Ingredients: 12 oz sirloin steak, 12 oz sweet potatoes, 4 oz arugula, 4 oz grape tomatoes, 1 tsp fresh rosemary, 2 cloves garlic, 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, 3 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dried oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
Method: Cut the potatoes into wedges, halve the tomatoes, roughly chop the fresh rosemary and smash the cloves garlic. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees then toss the potatoes on a baking sheet, together with the garlic, rosemary, a pinch of salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Keep in the oven for about 20 minutes and keep flipping until you get a golden-brown color.
Now, season your steak with salt and pepper, add it to the pan to cook for about 7 minutes until it is brown. Then, transfer the steak to the baking sheet in the oven and complete the cooking. Take it out and let it rest, then slice it thinly against grain. You can dress your meal with the tomatoes.

Blanch the Swiss chard in a large boiling pot of water for about two minutes, and shock it in the ice water. Squeeze the leaves in a ball using a clean cloth, to drain the water. Now, add the cooked Swiss chard and other ingredients into a food processor and process until it is smooth and season with salt and pepper.
Cook your pasta and top it with the Swiss chard.

Your veggies can include tomato, mushrooms, asparagus, or some other green vegetables you can think of.
