Most times people go so far to look for different types of food in order to get certain nutrients that are needed to improve the health of an individual. They even go as far as looking for pills to serve as supplements for these nutrients they lack, overlooking certain food that are found around us.

4. Avocado

It also contains folate that helps in decreasing the risk of depression.
