Getting enough sleep is very important to stay fit and maintaining good health. Lack of deep sleep affects both our physical and mental health tremendously. In the absence of an optimal physical and mental health, achieving fitness might not be possible. It also affects metabolism, mood, concentration, memory motor skills, stress hormones and even the immune system and the cardiovascular health .Notwithstanding this, sleeping allows the body to heal, repair and rejuvenate you body system for more endurance and most importantly, keeping you fit and healthy.

Basically, if your body doesn’t recover from injuries or not knowing what’s wrong your medical condition as a starter, you might not be able to withstand stress.
