Do you want to lose that belly fat in two weeks for a well-toned and flat stomach? Below is a two weeks plan to help you get your stomach toned.
1. Watch what you eat
The first and important thing to do to lose that belly fat is to watch what you going to eat for those two weeks. You have to avoid carbonated drinks and carbs for two weeks. And very importantly avoid taking beer. Eat foods high in fiber and a lot of fruits.
2. Exercise regularly
Below are some examples of exercises you can do for those two weeks. Core exercises like the plank help train muscles to stabilize the spine and pelvis so you can avoid back pain and also improve your posture.
3. Butterfly crunch
This is one exercise that can help your rectus abdominus which is known as the six-pack.
Lie on your back with the soles of your feet together as close to your body as possible, with your knees bent out to sides. Place your hands behind your head, elbows in line with ears. Keeping your back flat on the floor and stomach muscles contracted, exhale and curl your chest up a few inches off the floor toward your legs. Do this 10 times daily for two weeks.
4. Leg Swings
This particular exercise is very interesting. Make sure you have fun while doing it. You lie on your back with arms out to sides, legs and feet pointing up, exhale and draw navel in toward spine as you lower legs to left side about 5 inches from floor. Return to start and repeat on right side. Keep switching sides for a total of 15 reps. Do this daily.
5. Side Plank
Lie on your left side with your elbow directly beneath your shoulder and legs stacked. Place your right hand on your left shoulder or on your right hip. Brace your abs and lift your hips off the floor until you’re balancing on your forearm and feet so that your body forms a diagonal line. Hold for about 30 seconds. Switch sides and repeat. Do this every day.
Lastly, you need to stay motivated. Don’t give up and drink a lot of water because staying hydrated helps too.
