Eat spicy foods

Spicy foods are known to aid one’s appetite, also they tend to act as “flushers”. They work up the digestive system, i.e. aid faster metabolism. Vegetables are full of antioxidants. Helping the body to feel full and eliminate constipation issues. Adding this to your diet will do well for your system. Find creative ways to add more veggies to your foods and less carbohydrates and fat. Let them take up 50% of your food, proteins 45% and carbohydrates and fats in the 5% category.


Fruits should be major addition to your foods as they aid in easy digestion an also giving you the necessary nutrients. You could eat them whole or make them into delicious smoothies that can be substituted for the sugar and unhealthy drinks out there.
