Exercise is your best bet to achieve your goal, While you might say that there is a limited time to exercise or even eat healthily, it is the only way to get this done. A calorie controlled nutritious diet and a regular dose of cardio and strength training exercises will get you the body you desire.
Be realistic about your body shape
Everybody’s body shape is different and the earlier you realize that the better for you. This is because no matter how some of us might want a flat and small waist, we should be aiming for a well-toned midsection, weight loss and muscle gain. It is important to note that bodies come in a shapes and sizes and some people might not obtain that hour glass shape but with exercise can have a decent body shape to be admired for.
Control your diet
This is major player in this journey. You will have to eat, and eat with all the nutritious element needed in a meal, even with more carbohydrates. Only you will have to balance it out by adding more vegetables to your diet. Eliminate every junk food, reduce your sugar intake or cut it out entirely, at least, until you achieve your goal.
Consult your doctor or nutritionist and list the amount of calories you consume in a day and know what to cut out or add. The trick is to take fewer calories than you consume. Eat more of fruits and vegetables. Go for healthy drinks. Be consistent.
